Refund policy

No refund or exchange .

For hygiene reasons, Scarves cannot be returned or exchanged.

 You can cancel your order within 2 hours only from ordering online and that can be done by emailing us @ :orkaddi@gmail.com or call on 01207990664 

After 2 hours your order will be considered as confirmed and you will have to receive it.

In case you want to cancel it you have to send it again from your side and the shipping fees will be deducted from the shipment anyway. And the scarf amount that you paid will be sent to you only through Vodafone Cash.

  In case refusing to receive your order after the 2 hours of cancellation time, you will be blocked from any new orders in the future.
